Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free plan

The Commercial Invoice and Packing List are free forever. There is nothing to pay and nothing to refund.

14-day free trial

You can try PRO free for 14 days. No card or UPI is needed, so you are never charged for the trial. Please use the trial to make sure PRO is right for you before you pay.

Cancellation

• You can cancel your PRO or Business subscription at any time — from your account when accounts launch, or by emailing hello@exportmartai.com.
• After you cancel, you will not be charged again.
• Your plan stays active until the end of the month or year you have already paid for. After that, your account returns to the free plan — your free tools keep working and your saved details stay.

Refunds

• We do not refund payments for the current or a partial period (monthly or yearly), including unused time.
• Double or mistaken charges: if you are charged twice or charged by mistake because of a technical error, we refund that amount within 7 working days to your original payment method.
• To ask for such a refund, email hello@exportmartai.com (or WhatsApp +91 78142 57021) with the payment date, amount and Razorpay payment ID.

Shipping & Delivery

ExportMart AI is an online software service. We do not ship any physical goods. Free tools and your PDF documents are available instantly in your browser. Paid plans are activated online right after successful payment. If your plan is not active within 24 hours of payment, contact us and we will fix it.
