Is ExportMart AI really free?
Yes. The Commercial Invoice and Packing List are free forever — no login, no card, no limit. PRO adds the Proforma, Pre-shipment (Customs) and GST Tax invoices, multiple products, your logo and the export pricing calculator.
When do PRO and Business launch?
Soon. Join the early-bird list on this page and we will email you on launch day with the founding member offer.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
When PRO launches you can try every PRO feature free for 14 days. No card or UPI is needed to start. After 14 days PRO features lock again unless you subscribe — your free tools keep working and your saved details stay.
What is the founding member offer?
PRO for ₹2,999 per year — only for the first 100 customers. Early-bird list members hear about it first.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel any time and you will not be charged again. PRO stays active until the end of the period you paid for. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Do you give refunds?
Payments are not refunded for the current period, because you can try PRO free for 14 days first. If you are charged twice or charged by mistake because of a technical error, we refund that amount within 7 working days.
How will I pay?
Securely through Razorpay — UPI Autopay or card, monthly or yearly.
Is my business data safe?
Your invoice details are saved only in your own browser on your device. When you use AI Fill, your shipment text is sent to our AI service to fill the form and is not stored afterwards. Read our Privacy Policy.
Do I need to create an account?
No. All free tools work without an account. Accounts will come with PRO plans, so your details and documents can follow you to any device.
What is an HS code and where do I find it?
An HS (Harmonized System) code is a 6–8 digit number that identifies your product for customs. ExportMart AI suggests a code from your product description — always confirm it with your CHA or the official tariff (for India, the DGFT portal).
What are Incoterms and which one should I use?
Incoterms decide who pays for freight and insurance and when the risk passes to the buyer. FOB (you deliver to the ship at your port) and CIF (you also pay freight and insurance to the destination port) are the most common for Indian exports. ExportMart AI supports EXW, FCA, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP, DDP and more.
Can I save my invoice and come back later?
Yes. Your draft is saved in your browser every time you type, so you can close the tab and continue later on the same device.
